What about Globe Shoes: "The illest skate shoe ever - The original suede Globe is the illest skate shoe ever. I owned about 20 pairs between 1997 and 1999. Then the standard for skate shoes took a downward tumble mirroring such "basketball" shoes such as Reeboks and Nikes. I've skateboarded for 14 years, and nothing has EVER equivalated to the style, comfort, and overall look of the Globe. They need to bring back the all white, with black sole suede raps, the best. But I guess with everyone wanting to be bling bling, well just have to see the kids skating in some SKATE brand shoe that looks like a moon boot. Oh well. Globes rule. Very good shoe!!! Felt awesome when I first wore. Everthing was comfortable just as I suspected. Great for your feet when landing thoes high air's."
"These Globe shoes are very good for what they are intended, biking. The pro model confrom well to flat pedals and make landings easier on the feet. They are also quite comfortable to walk in and look cool. They are also a good price. "
